We hope you are pleased with your purchase, however for whatever reason a product is not suitable please email us at customerservice@houseofpyaar.com within 14 days from the day you receive your order, to arrange a return.

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns at this time & shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that products must be returned within a resalable condition, in their original packaging, sealed and unused. 

We will endeavor to provide a full refund upon receipt of the returned product and will credit your original method of payment, we kindly ask that you retain proof of posting until you have received your refund. 

If we do not hear from you within 14 days, we will assume you are satisfied with your purchase and will be unable to honor any refunds beyond this point. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
